3. Local Courier
2) International Order
Items will be shipped directly from Hong Kong within the next business day of cleared payment by several shipment method. The default shipping method is by Hong Kong Air Mail with register and Hong Kong EMS service. If you are interested in other shipment methods (example: Fedex, DHL, EMS..), please contact us for quotation.
We will send a tracking number to you after the item has been dispatched. To ensure smooth delivery, please specify your delivery address. If the delivery address is P.O.Boxes, please make sure there is someone to sign upon delivery.
Remark: For those product's volume/size is beyond the limitation of Hong Kong Postal Office parcel requirement, we have to arrange courier (Fedex/DHL) instead. However, charges is varies among different countries with different postal code. Please contact us for checking.

Order Processing & Handling Time
We will try our best to arrange shipment to you as soon as possible. Order received between Monday to Friday are usually processed by the end of next business day. However, for those orders received during weekend (Saturday and Sunday), Hong Kong Public Holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next business day.
Please kindly understand that some occasional case is beyond our control. There has many factors that can affect the delivery time. Such as the service of delivery agent of local areas and weather, and procedure of customs inspections.
Customs Charges
Buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes and charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional cost before buying. In case, the package is returned to us because of unpaid import customs fee, we will not responsible for the resending charges.
Others
-Different countries has it's own restriction on the content of import parcel. Please check the details on the import prohibitions list from your country's post office guide to mark sure that the product you buy from us is permitted to import. In case, the package is returned to us because of detection by postal office, we have no responsibly for the refund.
-Different countries has it's own weight limit requirement. In case the orders weight is over the limit, it may be separated into several parcels in order to meet the weight requirement.
-The delivery times may be prolonged after long public holidays or some festivals, such as Chinese New Year, Christmas, Easter.
-Some countries, such as , , , and some European Countries may take a longer time to deliver because of strict custom procedure, please understand and patient.
