The 3M™ E-A-R™ Ultrafit™ pre-moulded earplugs are designed for insertion into the ear canal to help reduce exposure to hazardous levels of noise and loud sound. Tri-Flange design and longer stem helps make insertion easier. It made from soft and durable material. It is comfortable hygienic and economical as it can be washed. It is ideal for high to moderate noise exposure levels and is ideally suited for all frequency noise in a wide range of industrial workplaces and leisure environment. 1) Suitable for the job

2) Fitted properly

3) Worn during all times of exposure to noise

4) Worn by only one worker, not shared replaced when necessary

5)  It is disposable and should be discarded after use
